Key Responsibilities:
Your primary duties will include:

  • Operating and maintaining X-Ray equipment, ensuring proper functionality
  • Identifying patients and confirming examination orders
  • Traveling to various locations to perform X-Ray exams
  • Preparing patients for procedures and ensuring their comfort and safety
  • Collecting detailed patient histories and documenting observations
  • Utilizing radiation protection measures to ensure patient safety
  • Completing necessary documentation in Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
  • Coordinating with medical providers to clarify any discrepancies in readings
  • Participating in quality control and assurance programs

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A degree from an accredited Radiologic Technology program
  • ARRT Licensure in Radiologic Technology or equivalent certification
  • State licensure as required
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Critical thinking abilities and basic computer proficiency
