">Salary: $42.00 - $58.00 per hour

">Job Description:
">- As a Dialysis Nurse Specialist, you will provide empathetic and compassionate care to patients with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease in an outpatient dialysis setting.
- You will oversee patient care, conduct patient observations, measure stats, and set up machines, working closely with PCTs (Patient Care Technicians).
- You will also contribute to quality improvement initiatives within a supportive team environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
">- An Associate's Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing is required; a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N) or three-year diploma from an accredited diploma program may be substituted for a nursing degree.
- Prior experience in intensive care units, critical care units, emergency rooms, or medical surgical units is preferred but not required.
- Certification as a Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) is also desired but not mandatory.
