**Key Responsibilities**
* Maintain and repair guest rooms, common areas, and equipment to ensure a high level of guest satisfaction
* Perform preventative maintenance tasks on HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems to prevent breakdowns and ensure efficiency
* Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve issues efficiently to maintain a positive guest experience
* Conduct regular inspections to identify and address maintenance needs, ensuring our hotel remains in excellent condition
* Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs, ensuring timely and cost-effective solutions
