Broad Leaf Brewery & Spirits Bartender

Broad Leaf Brewery & Spirits is a community-driven establishment focused on progressive American craft beer, unique spirits, and from-scratch street food. As a bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing the bar area, and ensuring a seamless guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a thorough knowledge of our menu offerings, including beers, spirits, and food items.
  • Assist guests in selecting beers that meet their preferences and needs.
  • Stay up-to-date on menu changes and updates.
  • Maintain a clean and safe bar area, including the keg cooler.
  • Build strong relationships with guests to ensure they feel valued and satisfied.
  • Rotate stock using the first-in-first-out system.
  • Perform basic cleaning tasks as needed.
  • Adhere to sanitation, safety, and alcohol policies.
Requirements:
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a strong work ethic.
  • Passion for craft beer, spirits, and exceptional customer service.
  • Understanding of our company's history, policies, and procedures.
  • Ability to lift products and supplies weighing up to 40 pounds.
  • 1 year of bartending or serving experience preferred.
  • Cicerone Certified Beer Server preferred.
