Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and independent optometrist to join our team at Walmart. As an independent optometrist, you will have the autonomy to establish your own practice within our Sam's Club locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality eye care services to patients, including comprehensive eye exams and vision correction.
  • Establish your own schedule and hours of operation, allowing for flexibility and control over your practice.
  • Set your own fee schedule, ensuring you receive fair compensation for your services.
  • Have the opportunity to opt into equipment and instrumentation packages, as well as administrative and/or opt-tech support services (if state allows).
Requirements
  • Doctor of Optometry (OD) from an accredited optometry school.
  • Valid state optometry license.
  • General Liability Certificate.
  • Professional Liability Insurance Certificate.
  • W-9.
