Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist to provide physical therapy services to patients in our hospital setting. The successful candidate will have the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and treat patients with various medical conditions, utilizing evidence-based practices and departmental protocols.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, taking into account patient goals and preferences.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care, including discharge planning and equipment recommendations.
  • Document patient progress, providing regular updates to multidisciplinary teams.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices, attending ongoing education sessions and training programs.
  • Provide guidance and support to lower-level staff members, promoting a culture of teamwork and excellence.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or equivalent qualification.
  • Certification in Physical Therapy (PT) or Board Certification in a related field.
  • Minimum one year of experience in a hospital setting, preferably in physical therapy.
  • FIM certification in Physical Therapy rehab settings and CPR Certification.
Benefits
