About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Salon Manager Trainee to join our team at Palm Beach Tan. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading our team of Beauty Consultants and driving sales growth in our salon.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals
  • Hire, train, and develop a team of Beauty Consultants
  • Provide exceptional customer service and consultations on skin care, tanning, and beauty products
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements
  • Maintain a clean and organized salon environment
  • Manage cash handling, opening, and closing procedures
  • Perform daily administrative tasks, including goal tracking and reporting
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Leadership or management experience
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Ability to stand, bend, and walk for long periods
  • Ability to lift 25 pounds without assistance
  • Reliable transportation and flexible availability, including nights and weekends
