About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Operations Manager to join our team at Chenega MIOS SBU. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the execution of our IT support services and ensuring the highest level of quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the overall management and administration of our IT support services, including the oversight of contractor execution and management of program/project resources.
  • Serve as the primary interface and point of contact with government program authorities on technical and program/project issues.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with all applicable federal and Department of Defense acquisition regulations.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on industry IT trends and DoD IT policies and regulations.
  • Manage multiple efforts with time-related constraints in a fast-paced contracting environment.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and 15+ years of relevant experience in IT support and management, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Active Secret clearance and ability to obtain Top Secret clearance.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse internal and external stakeholder groups.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think abstractly to solve complex problems.
  • Experience working in a home office setting and ability to train end users on technical issues.
