About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bulk Loader to join our team at Archer Daniels Midland Company. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our flour mill.

Key Responsibilities
  • Production Management: Oversee the daily production of flour and feed products, ensuring that all operations are running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Safety and Quality: Maintain a strong focus on safety and quality, ensuring that all equipment and processes are operating within established parameters.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of production staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that all tasks are completed to the highest standard.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve problems as they arise, using your analytical and problem-solving skills to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records of production, safety, and quality data, using this information to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Leadership and Management: Proven experience in leading and managing teams, with a strong focus on safety and quality.
  • Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment, with regular exposure to noise, dust, and other hazards.
