We are seeking a skilled and compassionate RN Telemetry Nurse to join our team at Carondelet St. Marys Hospital. As a Cardiac Care RN, you will provide direct nursing care to patients in a fast-paced telemetry unit, working closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct nursing care to patients in a telemetry unit, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
- Monitor and interpret telemetry data, EKGs, and other vital signs to identify potential cardiac issues.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians, and educate patients and families on medication management and self-care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Current Arizona Nursing License or compact state license and ability to become Arizona Licensed in 30 days.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification - American Heart Association.
- One year of RN experience in a telemetry or cardiac care setting.
- Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing.
