Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Creative Studio Manager to join our team at JetBlue Airways. As a key member of our Marketing department, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction of our brand voice and design to ensure it aligns with our brand positioning and is distinct, clear, and consistent.

Key Responsibilities
• Partner with cross-functional teams to set creative strategy and define brand design and voice guidelines internally and with outside partners
• Champion creative innovation and excellence across the organization
• Lead a team of designers, copywriters, and project managers to develop strategic creative ideas that build the JetBlue brand
• Oversee all creative and copy execution across digital and physical channels, providing oversight and design input

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Graphic/Communication Design, Copywriting, Advertising, or a related field; OR demonstrated capability to perform job responsibilities with a combination of a High School Diploma/GED and at least four (4) years of previous relevant work experience
• Five (5) years' experience in graphic/communication design, environmental design, creative direction including copy and design, or related field in-house or at an agency
• Excellent presentation skills and ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels of JetBlue
• Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
