The Cath Lab RN is responsible for delivering exceptional care to adult and geriatric patients, ensuring comprehensive patient management that includes assessment, education, documentation, medication administration, and collaboration with healthcare providers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform as a circulator and monitor during cardiac procedures.
- Engage in cross-training to support scrub assistant duties.
- Contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to all safety protocols.
- Provide patient assessments, education, and interventions within the Cath Lab environment.

Our state-of-the-art cardiac catheterization lab offers a variety of inpatient and outpatient cardiac services, ensuring that care is accessible when it matters most.
Essential Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited RN program.
- Current nursing license in Pennsylvania or a multistate license.
- Two years of nursing experience in acute cardiac care; Cath Lab experience preferred.
- BLS and ACLS certifications or willingness to obtain.
Work Environment:
This role demands a high level of physical and mental resilience, as the Cath Lab operates in a fast-paced, high-stress environment. The RN will be expected to demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks effectively.
Compensation and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits package, 401K, PTO, and onsite occupational health services. A $30,000 Sign-On Bonus is also available for qualified candidates.
