About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced audit professional to join our team. As an Audit Senior Associate, you will be responsible for leading and managing financial audits for a diverse range of clients, developing and maintaining relationships with clients, and preparing and presenting financial reports in accordance with GAAP standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage financial audits for a diverse range of clients
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their business operations, processes, and functions
• Prepare and present financial reports in accordance with GAAP standards
• Review and analyze financial statements and records, evaluating internal controls and testing financial transactions
• Prepare cost budgets for audit engagements and monitor performance against budget
• Advise clients on financial reporting and compliance matters

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in financial auditing, accounting, and financial reporting
• Extensive knowledge of GAAP standards and experience in preparing financial reports
• Proficiency in advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting
• Experience in working with diverse industries such as government, manufacturing, real estate, and high net worth individuals
• Familiarity with government regulations and benefit plans
• Excellent analytical skills and an eye for detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
