Job Summary
We are seeking an exceptional Assistant Director of Nursing to join our team at Jobot. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for the comprehensive delivery of personal care services to our residents daily, ensuring that they receive the highest quality care in a respectful and dignified manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate, train, and supervise resident care staff to ensure that residents' healthcare needs are met in accordance with state regulations and company policies.
- Develop and implement care plans that promote the physical, emotional, and social well-being of our residents.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery and resident outcomes.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license (we are open to license endorsement for Washington DC)
- BLS Certification
- Long-term, Skilled Nursing, Memory care experience
- Leadership and Management skills
