About the Role

Maraca Learning is a leading provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism. We are seeking an experienced Clinical Team Lead to join our team in Boise, Idaho.

Responsibilities
  • Manage a small clinical caseload of children receiving clinic-based ABA services
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, ensuring high-quality care for each child
  • Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians, providing guidance and support to help them excel in their roles
  • Collaborate with parents and other clinical team members to ensure seamless communication and effective treatment planning
  • Conduct behavioral assessments, including functional analysis, to identify areas of improvement and develop targeted interventions
  • Collect and analyze data to measure progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
  • Current BCBA certification in good standing
  • At least 3 years of experience working with children with autism, preferably in a clinical setting
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to collect and analyze data to inform treatment decisions
  • Proficient in electronic data collection systems and practice management platforms
