Nighttime Terrain Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to lead our nighttime terrain operations team at POWDR. As the Alpine Grooming Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing and guiding a team of operators to create a safe and consistent riding surface.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead a team of 3-7 people per night to ensure efficient and effective operations.
• Operate heavy equipment at night in variable weather and snow conditions to maintain a high-quality riding surface.
• Oversee and guide operators on a nightly basis to ensure they are following safety protocols and best practices.
• Collaborate with other departments, including Operations and Business Services, to ensure seamless communication and execution.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest equipment and technology to optimize terrain operations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in leading a team and operating heavy equipment in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of terrain operations and snow surface management.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing weather conditions.
