Estimated Salary: $83,000 - $123,000 per year

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (Master's preferred)
  • Have at least 3 years of experience in academic or clinical unit settings as an Educator/Clinical Nurse Specialist
  • Be a current State of California Registered Nurse licensed RN and hold BLS Certification from the American Heart Association

Duties and Responsibilities:

This position involves managing the development, implementation, and evaluation of educational programs to achieve and maintain clinical excellence. The successful candidate will provide oversight for nursing on-boarding, professional education, clinical competency development, regulatory practice updates, and promote nursing research projects. Using continuous improvement processes, they will advance the professional development of nursing staff and ensure these processes align with the organization's business initiatives, mission, vision, and values.
