Role Summary:
We are in search of enthusiastic and skilled Language Educators for the upcoming academic year. Ideal candidates will be instrumental in providing exceptional language instruction, cultivating a welcoming and inclusive classroom environment, and significantly contributing to the linguistic growth of our students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute stimulating and rigorous lessons in language education, in alignment with the school's comprehensive curriculum.
- Encourage a deep appreciation for language mastery, effective communication, and analytical thinking among students.
- Adapt teaching methods to meet the varied needs of students, ensuring an inclusive and supportive educational setting.
- Utilize diverse assessment techniques to monitor student progress and adjust instructional strategies as needed.
- Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance and refine teaching practices within the language department.
- Offer timely and constructive feedback to students, aiding their language development.
Qualifications:
- Possession of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Language Education, Linguistics, or a related discipline.
- State certification in Secondary Language Education.
- Strong knowledge of language content, paired with a genuine enthusiasm for teaching.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Capability to work collaboratively with colleagues, students, and parents.
Experience:
- Prior teaching experience at the high school level is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with various teaching methodologies and the use of technology in language instruction.
