About the RoleThis position involves working closely with clients and their families to design and implement personalized interventions that promote positive behavior change. As a Mental Health Technician, you will be responsible for collecting data on client behavior, developing and implementing behavior support plans, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care.
Responsibilities
- Collect and record data on client behavior and progress

- Maintain accurate records of client progress and program outcomes
Requirements
- Diploma or certificate in a related field (e.g., child and youth care or addiction studies)
- Minimum 1 year of experience working with individuals with mental health concerns or developmental disabilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
