We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Administrative Assistant to support a C-Suite member of our leadership team at Addison Group.
About the Role- Manage and preserve the C-Suite leader's schedule, including organizing appointments, meetings, and supporting travel itineraries.
- Serve as a liaison between the leader and other departments, managing communication and project collaborations effectively.
- Coordinate project stewardship, including tracking project deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Draft, revise, and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations critical for executive and strategic decision-making.
- Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
- Ensure effective flow of information from the leader's office, keeping all relevant parties informed and engaged in project progress.
- Bachelor's degree and between 3-6 years of administrative work experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including calendar management.
- Strong written and verbal skillsets.
- Experience maintaining confidentiality and discretion.

Salary: up to $67,000 with benefits and PTO after 60 days.
