Job Title: Tire Specialist

23XI Racing is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tire Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our racing crew, you will be responsible for managing tires throughout race events, ensuring the highest level of performance and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage tire inventory, ordering, and tracking
  • Collect and analyze data on tire performance, wear, and temperature
  • Sort and catalog tires in our proprietary database
  • Set and record air pressures, and perform other tire-related tasks
  • Assist in wheel maintenance and general mechanical assignments as assigned by the manager
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of racing experience
  • High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) required
  • Basic computer skills
  • Some mechanical experience preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, stressful environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
