Automotive Accessories Specialist

Rogers Motors, a family-owned business in Idaho, is seeking an experienced Automotive Accessories Specialist to join their team. With over 50 years of serving the local community, Rogers Motors offers a supportive work environment and opportunities for growth.
About the Role:
- The primary responsibility of this position is to install premium accessories such as Xpel Paint Protection Film, Leather, and Protection packages on new and used vehicles.
- A successful candidate will possess knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance, as well as excellent attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Installation of Premium Accessories: Install Xpel Paint Protection Film, Leather, and Protection packages on new and used vehicles.
- Vehicle Preparation: Wash vehicle exterior using cleaning solution, water, cloths, and brushes.
- Cleanliness and Detailing: Clean upholstery, rugs, and other surfaces using cleaning agents, applicators, and cleaning devices.
- Interior Preservation: Apply revitalizers and preservation agents to vinyl or leather surfaces and treat fabrics with spot- and stain-resistant chemicals to preserve and protect interior components.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Valid Driver's License**: Possess a valid driver's license and maintain a good driving record.
- Knowledge of Automotive Repair**: Have knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance.
- Attention to Detail**: Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity.
- Judgment and Safety**: Use hand and power tools safely and exercise good judgment in the workplace.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Paint Protection Film**: One year of experience with paint protection film or tint installation is highly desirable.
Working Conditions:
This is a physically demanding role that requires standing for six to eight hours per shift, lifting parts weighing up to 70 pounds, bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, and feeling. The successful candidate will be exposed to noise, vibration, dust, paint, cleaning solutions, and other hazardous materials.
Estimated Salary Range:
$45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
