Key Responsibilities:
- Assist individuals with daily living tasks, such as meal preparation, household chores, and personal care
- Support individuals in developing independent living skills, such as cooking, cleaning, and managing finances
- Provide education and opportunities for individuals to develop safety skills, social interactions, and self-advocacy
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure individuals receive comprehensive support and services
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
