KBS is seeking dedicated housekeeping professionals who take pride in maintaining cleanliness and have a keen eye for detail. The Custodial Technician will be responsible for the general cleaning and maintenance of a large distribution center, retail establishment, or commercial property.

Individuals in this role will ensure that the building, surrounding areas, and equipment are kept in a clean, organized, and functional state.

These positions are hourly and non-exempt.

Work Schedule: Varies between days and nights, including weekends.

Shifts Available:

• 1st Shift: 6 am - 2:30 pm
• 3rd Shift: 10 pm - 6:30 am

Compensation: $12.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform cleaning duties in rooms, hallways, restrooms, locker rooms, offices, stairways, and windows.
• Sweep, remove debris, clean spills, and mop floors throughout the sales area and seating sections.
• Regularly check and empty trash receptacles as needed across all areas of the site.
• Collect, consolidate, and sort recycling into designated containers.
• Clean windows and reflective surfaces; polish stainless steel fixtures.
