Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive design packages that meet high-quality standards.
  • Provide engineering procurement and field technical support for the implementation of designs.
  • Engage in troubleshooting and technical assessments of plant systems.
  • Prepare conceptual engineering deliverables, including cost estimates, design criteria, and detailed engineering documents.
  • Conduct walk-downs in existing facilities to generate design documents and support field personnel.
  • Participate in chemical design engineering tasks, from feasibility studies to detailed designs.
  • Perform flowsheet development, analyses, and safety documentation support.
  • Assist in equipment sizing, arrangements, and procurement documentation preparation.

Qualifications:

  • Active DOE Q Clearance (or DOD equivalent) is mandatory.
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from an ABET accredited program.
  • A minimum of 10 years of relevant technical experience.
