The Mini Bus Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of children to and from educational facilities. This role involves providing dedicated door-to-door service for designated morning and afternoon routes.

Qualifications
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Possess a valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) from Wisconsin, including necessary endorsements, with a minimum of three years of driving experience. A clean driving record is essential.
- Maintain a valid CDL with school bus (S) and passenger (P) endorsements.
- Exhibit a strong commitment to vehicle safety and demonstrate a cooperative demeanor while being familiar with standard office practices.
- Maintain focus while driving and minimize distractions.
- Demonstrate the ability to work effectively with young children.
- Complete necessary driver reports and other transportation documentation.
- Hold current CPR and first aid certifications prior to commencing employment.
- Successfully pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical examination, pre-employment drug screening, and background check, while meeting all DOT requirements.
