Job Overview:

Monday to Friday during standard business hours.

Position Summary:
The role involves managing test samples throughout their lifecycle, from initial receipt to final disposal. The technician will oversee inventory and facilitate the distribution of QC samples and materials to designated functional teams as per schedule or request.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage test samples and retains through all stages of the sample lifecycle, including receipt, storage, distribution, transfer, and disposal. Ensure the integrity of cold chain transfers.
  • Ensure all samples and materials are correctly labeled and maintain comprehensive tracking, labeling, and chain of custody records in compliance with established procedures.
  • Oversee inventory management and support the distribution of QC samples and materials to functional teams as needed. Document performance metrics for the sample management division.
  • Adhere to laboratory protocols to ensure a safe and organized working environment.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Reporting Structure:
This position will report directly to the QC management team.

Qualifications and Skills:
  • Must be reliable and detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
  • Capability to comprehend and follow established procedures.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment, meet deadlines, and adapt to shifting priorities.
