Job Overview

Bristol Mountain is seeking a skilled and safety-conscious individual to join our team as a Groomer. As a key member of our winter operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining and grooming mountain skiing surfaces to the highest standard.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure the safety of yourself, colleagues, and guests by adhering to strict safety protocols and guidelines.
  • Operate and maintain Bristol Mountain's grooming equipment, including snow cats and other machinery.
  • Perform manual labor tasks to maintain and groom mountain trails, including snow removal and surface preparation.
  • Develop and maintain good working relationships with colleagues and communicate effectively to ensure seamless winter operations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Valid US driver's license with no restrictions.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Able to climb on and off vehicles and heavy equipment frequently.
  • Able to sit for extended periods while operating a snow cat.
  • Season-long commitment (approximately 6 months).
Working Conditions
  • Hours of employment will be dependent on business demands, including overnight shifts.
  • Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Competitive hourly rate: $17.00/hour.
