Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical support on mechanical reliability issues, including troubleshooting equipment problems and advising on maintenance practices.
- Act as a liaison between site maintenance and subject matter experts to implement best practices in asset design and maintenance.
- Lead the monthly Reliability Improvement Team meetings to address key reliability issues and drive improvements.
- Characterize risk-based degradation scenarios, failure modes, and equipment failure effects.
- Lead Equipment Strategies, Criticality, and FMEA/RCM studies.
- Support the development of regional and global reliability reports.
- Perform data mining, modeling, and analytics on failure history and uptime to identify patterns and improve reliability.
- Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 8 years of maintenance experience in the petrochemical industry.
- Experience in equipment troubleshooting and facilitating team decision-making.
- Proficiency in reliability analysis methodologies and tools such as Pareto charts and growth analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Powerpoint, and Word.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively.
- Self-starter with strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Fundamental understanding of risk scenario development, assessment, and risk-based work selection.
- Fundamental knowledge of Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) concepts and FMEA.
- 10 or more years' experience in Chemical, Petrochemical or Refining facilities
- Experience with Software tools such as SAP, Reliasoft and Maximo.
