Kizuki Ramen & Izakaya seeks a highly skilled and team-oriented Line Cook to join our dynamic kitchen team. Our company culture values long-term relationships with our staff, and many of our team members have been with us for years.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow established Standard Operation Procedures (SOP) to ensure smooth restaurant operations during scheduled shifts.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor, even in high-pressure situations, to set a positive example for other team members and uphold store standards.
  • Stay up-to-date on menu information, promotions, merchandise, and advertisements to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Assist in training new team members by acknowledging good performance and offering constructive feedback as needed.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment and communicate any changes in team morale or performance to the General Manager.
  • Foster a clean and organized workspace by adhering to Kizuki operational policies and procedures.
  • Prioritize regular and punctual attendance to maintain a consistent workflow.
  • Prepare high-quality food items to order, adhering to established operational policies and procedures.
  • Ensure adherence to food and restaurant safety standards and guidelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
  • Capacity to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Able to learn quickly and adapt to new situations.
  • A positive attitude and ability to understand and follow instructions.
  • Physical stamina to stand and walk for at least 4 hours, lift up to 50 pounds, and withstand varying temperatures and exposure to cleaning chemicals, smoke, fumes, and airborne particles.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts and meet changing demands.

Compensation: $20-$24 per hour
