Key Responsibilities:
  • Taking drink orders and ensuring patrons receive their beverages in a timely manner
  • Confirming patrons' age and following state and federal laws regarding alcohol service
  • Collecting payments and operating the cash register
  • Maintaining and restocking inventory of bar supplies and ingredients
  • Performing opening and closing duties, including cleaning and sanitizing the bar area
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in food service or hospitality preferred
  • Knowledge of alcoholic beverages and menu items essential
  • Able to work well in a fast-paced environment with excellent customer service skills
  • Team player with ability to work collaboratively with colleagues
