UI Lead Developer Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled UI Lead Developer to join our team at Info Way Solutions. As a UI Lead Developer, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of our web applications, ensuring a seamless user experience across all devices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and development of web applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive user experience.
  • Develop interactive components using JavaScript and jQuery, integrating with internal tools, frameworks, and services as well as external APIs.
  • Translate UI designs into well-organized and structured HTML5/CSS3 code, compatible with modern browsers.
  • Design user interfaces with a modern and clean aesthetic, focusing on delivering intuitive and enjoyable user experiences.
  • Collaborate with back-end developers, editors, and external agencies to ensure a smooth development process.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in frontend design and development for the web, with a strong background in leading small UI teams.
  • Expertise in Responsive Web Design (RWD) techniques, including media queries, progressive enhancement, feature detection, and more.
  • Strong experience with ReactJS and Redux, with a good understanding of NodeJS.
  • Proficient understanding of web markup, including HTML5, CSS3, and git.
  • Good understanding of SEO principles and ensuring that applications adhere to them.
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently or within a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager.
