Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement our research-backed curriculum to meet the unique needs of each child
  • Create a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment that fosters social, emotional, and cognitive development
  • Partner with parents to provide exceptional care and education, ensuring a seamless transition between home and school
  • Support the center's success by collaborating with staff and leadership to achieve goals around enrollment, accreditation, and community engagement
  • Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, and community contacts to promote a culture of excellence
Qualifications:
  • Excellent customer service skills, strong organizational abilities, and the capacity to multitask effectively
  • CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain
  • Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain
  • Active Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential or willingness to obtain
  • Physical ability to use a computer, lift a minimum of 40 pounds, and work indoors or outdoors
  • Ability to assume postures in low levels to interact with children, see and hear well enough to ensure their safety, and engage in physical activity with children
  • Fluency in English to communicate effectively with children and their parents
