Rock House Farms (RHF) is seeking a skilled Assembly Production Specialist to join our team in the casegoods department. As an Assembly Production Specialist, you will be responsible for the general assembly of furniture products, ensuring high-quality production and meeting production schedules.
Key Responsibilities- Production Planning: Plan daily activities based on a production schedule, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
- Assembly and Quality Control: Assemble parts to complete products using glue, screws, and multiple hand tools, and send products to clean up when assembly is complete.
- Safety and Compliance: Follow all safety policies and procedures, and adhere to company standards for quality and productivity.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve production goals and objectives.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience: Previous assembly experience is preferred.
- Physical Demands: Must be able to walk, stand, climb, stoop, twist, push, pull, and bend over the course of 8 hours, and frequently lift/carry objects up to 40 lbs.; up to 100 lbs. with assistance.
