Social Services Professional

Seneca Family of Agencies is seeking a skilled Social Worker to join our Marin Wraparound team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive support to children and families in Marin County.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Child and Family Planning Meetings, ensuring timely preparation, attendance, facilitation, and note distribution.
- Collaborate with county and community partners, including social workers, probation officers, therapists, psychiatrists, and teachers.
- Document mental health notes, Family Team Meeting notes, Wrap Action Plans, incident reports, and other necessary documentation.
- Intervene in clients' behavior management programs and provide crisis management as required.
- Manage case coordination and care, ensuring comprehensive support.
- Attend team meetings, weekly trainings, individual and group supervision.
- Adhere to clinical best practices and complete clinical documentation, assessments, and treatment planning.
- Participate in emergency on-call response once every quarter.
- Utilize crisis communication and de-escalation techniques as needed.
- Master's degree in social work, psychology, or counseling.
- Registered with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS) as an ASW, AMFT, APCC, or full licensed clinician.
- Flexible schedule with the ability to work some evenings and weekend hours as needed.
- Participation in a rotating emergency on-call system, scheduled ahead of time.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and insurability through Seneca Family of Agencies' insurance policy.
- TB test clearance, fingerprinting clearance, and any other state/federal licensing or certification requirements.
- Proof of up-to-date COVID-19 vaccination.
- Bilingual in Spanish/English.
- Experience working with children in out-of-home care.
- Experience implementing family-focused wraparound services.
- Starting salary range: $75,000 - $89,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
- Additional $4,000 salary increase for BBS licensure.
- Additional compensation provided upon passing bilingual language proficiency exam.
- Salary increases each year.
- $2,000 sign-on bonus.
- Mileage reimbursement.
- Relocation assistance may be available.
- Stipends provided to staff members participating in the emergency on-call shifts.
- 5 weeks of Paid Time off and 11 Paid Holidays.
