About the Role

Seneca Family of Agencies is seeking a skilled Social Worker to join our Marin Wraparound team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive support to children and families in Marin County.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Child and Family Planning Meetings, ensuring timely preparation, attendance, facilitation, and note distribution.
  • Collaborate with county and community partners, including social workers, probation officers, therapists, psychiatrists, and teachers.
  • Document mental health notes, Family Team Meeting notes, Wrap Action Plans, incident reports, and other necessary documentation.
  • Intervene in clients' behavior management programs and provide crisis management as required.
  • Manage case coordination and care, ensuring comprehensive support.
  • Attend team meetings, weekly trainings, individual and group supervision.
  • Adhere to clinical best practices and complete clinical documentation, assessments, and treatment planning.
  • Participate in emergency on-call response once every quarter.
  • Utilize crisis communication and de-escalation techniques as needed.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in social work, psychology, or counseling.
  • Registered with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS) as an ASW, AMFT, APCC, or full licensed clinician.
  • Flexible schedule with the ability to work some evenings and weekend hours as needed.
  • Participation in a rotating emergency on-call system, scheduled ahead of time.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and insurability through Seneca Family of Agencies' insurance policy.
  • TB test clearance, fingerprinting clearance, and any other state/federal licensing or certification requirements.
  • Proof of up-to-date COVID-19 vaccination.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bilingual in Spanish/English.
  • Experience working with children in out-of-home care.
  • Experience implementing family-focused wraparound services.
Benefits
  • Starting salary range: $75,000 - $89,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
  • Additional $4,000 salary increase for BBS licensure.
  • Additional compensation provided upon passing bilingual language proficiency exam.
  • Salary increases each year.
  • $2,000 sign-on bonus.

  • Relocation assistance may be available.
  • Stipends provided to staff members participating in the emergency on-call shifts.
