Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Physical Therapist to join our team at BAYADA Home Health Care. As an outpatient rehabilitation specialist, you will work with adult and geriatric patients in Senior Living Communities and Independent Living Communities.

Your responsibilities will include making outpatient visits to clients in designated geographic territories, performing diagnostic tests and measurements, developing and implementing individualized care plans, educating clients and family members, and accurately documenting observations and interventions.

To be successful in this role, you will need a current Pennsylvania Physical Therapist license, a minimum of one year of recent work experience as a Physical Therapist, and strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Make outpatient visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
  • Perform diagnostic tests and measurements.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Educate clients and family members.
  • Accurately document observations and interventions.

Qualifications

  • A current Pennsylvania Physical Therapist license.
  • A minimum of one year of recent work experience as a Physical Therapist.
  • Graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
