Responsibilities
  • Process and sterilize medical equipment and instruments to ensure they are safe for patient use.
  • Conduct quality control checks on equipment and instruments to ensure they meet safety standards.
  • Restock and maintain inventory of medical equipment and supplies.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless operation of medical equipment and instruments.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest medical equipment and technologies.
Requirements
  • Must be certified as a Sterile Processing Technician.
  • Must have at least 3 years of experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Must have excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
