Family Preservation Therapist

At TFI Family Services, Inc., we are seeking a skilled Family Preservation Therapist to join our team. As a Family Preservation Therapist, you will play a critical role in supporting children and families in crisis by providing trauma-informed therapy and guidance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide individual and family therapy in home, school, and community settings to support children and families in crisis.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans based on evidence-based assessments to ensure the best possible outcomes for clients.
  • Collaborate with public and private agencies, as well as community partners, to ensure a comprehensive approach to supporting families.
  • Support families in crisis with 24-hour on-call rotation and interventions to ensure timely and effective support.
  • Ensure timely and accurate documentation of client case records and reports to maintain high-quality services.
  • Coordinate long-term service needs with Behavioral Health and other staff to ensure seamless support for clients.
  • Utilize technology to maintain electronic client files and data, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
  • BSRB licensure required (LMSW, LMLP, LMFT, LCP, LPC); clinical licensure preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience working with children and families in behavioral/emotional support.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to meet agency driving standards.
  • Ability to develop client-focused interventions and manage multiple cases effectively.
