Key Responsibilities:
Ensure a safe atmosphere within attractions and mazes.

Assist guests by answering inquiries, providing directions, and maintaining a steady flow of guests in an orderly manner, all while fostering a safe, friendly, and controlled environment.

Uphold and enforce safety protocols with guests in Halloween-themed attractions.
Carry out additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:
Must be available to work every night during the event.

Event Details:

Must demonstrate the ability to collaborate positively and professionally with both guests and team members.

Capable of performing effectively under pressure and managing challenging situations related to event policies, including line management and attraction closures.
Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required to meet operational needs.
