Stiles Machinery is seeking a skilled Electrical/Wiring Technician to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for building back panels for machinery models produced at HOMAG Machinery North America.
This role requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently. You will review and interpret electrical schematics, examine final work for completeness and quality levels, and inform your supervisor of any quality issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and interpret electrical schematics for successful installation of components and wiring cables
- Examine final work for completeness and quality levels, making adjustments and repairs as needed
- Inform supervisor of any quality issues
- Support team members as needed
- Ensure cleanliness of the cycle workstation
Requirements:
- 1 year of relevant production experience
- 1 year of experience in reading and utilizing blueprints/schematics
- Basic knowledge of electrical principles
- Building back panels
- Wiring back panels
- Attention to detail
- Self-starter and reliable
- Team player
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to read and understand European schematics
Benefits:
- Starting pay minimum - $20 up to $23/hr. (based on experience)
- Quarterly bonus potential - $480/quarter (estimated extra $1/hr.)
- 17 vacation days provided on hire, prorated by start date

- Immediately enrolled in 401(k) plan. Employer contribution is 50% up to 6% of employee contribution
