Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our Med Surg/Telemetry Department. As a key member of our team, you will provide essential care and support to our patients, working closely with our registered nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide basic nursing care to non-critical patients, including vital sign monitoring and medication administration
  • Assist in maintaining a safe environment, including cleaning and disinfecting patient areas
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Requirements
  • Current Certified Nursing Assistant certificate
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy
  • Minimum six months' experience in an acute care hospital or physician's office
