Job Summary

We're looking for a Premise Installation Professional to perform inside-the-home fiber internet installations, troubleshooting, and repairs for our customers. This is a safety-sensitive position, and we're committed to maintaining a drug-free workplace.

Requirements
  • Prior work-related experience is preferred but not required
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Valid driver's license with a driving record that meets the company's minimum safety standards
  • Proficient in internet-related applications such as email and web browsers
  • Thorough understanding of basic hand tools and power tools
  • In-depth understanding of technology-based services, products, and networking
  • Able to meet physical requirements: climb ladders, work in confined spaces and/or various heights, lift and/or move up to 50 lbs., squat, kneel, bend, crawl, and stand for long periods of time
  • Enjoy working outdoors in all types of weather
  • Self-starter with a positive attitude and willingness to work
Work Environment

This position works out of our Live Oak, FL branch office. Regularly scheduled to work 40 hours a week. Employment is contingent on the successful completion of a pre-employment screen, including a drug test and an acceptable driving record.
