About the Role
As a Habilitation Specialist, you will be responsible for facilitating an individual's independence, inclusion, and productivity in our day habilitation program.
You will work closely with our staff and participants to create personalized plans that promote their valued outcomes.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Complete daily checklists and monthly summaries based on the Day Habilitation Plan
- Communicate effectively with participants, families, and staff to ensure seamless coordination of care
- Promote independence, inclusion, and productivity through goal-oriented support
What We Offer
Our Habilitation Specialists enjoy a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. special education, psychology)
- 1+ years of experience working with individuals with disabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
