Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at General Physician, P.C. Our medical group is committed to providing high-quality patient-centered care, and we are looking for a skilled professional to help us achieve this goal.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist providers with patient care and communicate effectively with patients and families.
- Perform telephone triage, assess patient needs, and communicate health information.
- Follow service line initiatives to prevent unnecessary hospital re-admissions.
- Assist with medication management, complete prior authorizations, and monitor incoming documents.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and provide a positive patient experience.
- Applicable NY State license, two-year degree preferred.
- Proven work experience in a healthcare facility preferred.
- Basic knowledge of ICD-10 and CPT Codes, CPR Certification, and strong clinical skills preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to utilize computer programs.
- Competitive salary range of $33.00-$37.75 per hour.
