Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Legal Counsel to join our team at Frink-Hamlett Legal Solutions, Inc. as part of our pharmaceutical regulatory practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing counsel specific to the pharmaceutical industry, including sales and marketing, scientific exchange, and FDA regulations.

Responsibilities
  • Provide proactive and day-to-day legal support on commercial and medical matters relating to assigned products, including promotional materials, labeling, sales training, and digital media.
  • Work closely with our clients to ensure compliance with pharmaceutical laws, including the Anti-Kickback Statute, False Claims Act, PhRMA Code, and FDA regulatory guidelines.
  • Serve as a key representative on promotional and scientific review committees, managing the legal and reputational risks associated with our clients' businesses.
Requirements
  • A JD degree and 7+ years of experience in providing counsel to the pharmaceutical industry, with a minimum of 4 years focused on pharmaceutical law.
  • Membership in good standing of a state bar.
  • Strong knowledge of FDA regulatory and fraud and abuse law.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, matrixed environment, working effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information to others.
