We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Mechanic to join our team at Massimo Zanetti Beverage USA. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production equipment and facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on industrial equipment, including mechanical drives, motors, and pneumatic and hydraulic components.
- Troubleshoot and repair production machinery, including motor control centers and electromechanical drives.
- Conduct preventive and predictive maintenance on facility machinery to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
- Use precision instruments to measure and inspect mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic components.
- Identify and requisition necessary materials and supplies for repairs and maintenance.
- Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement standard operating procedures and job safety analyses.
- Document maintenance and repair activities in daily logs and reports.
- Basic mechanical and electrical skills within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Vocational/technical certifications, hands-on training, or completion of apprenticeship programs and/or military training programs with work-related experience.
- Associate Degree or 1-2 years of experience desired.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Demonstrated ability to identify basic mechanical and electrical parts.
- Proven ability to perform basic computer applications, such as Word and Outlook.
- Comply with all Federal, State, Corporate, Warehouse, and Food Safety standards, policies, and guidelines.
- Frequently lift 25 lbs.
- Work in a non-climate-controlled environment.
