Mountain View, United States Cranial Technologies Full time

Cranial Technologies is the global leader in treating plagiocephaly, a condition where an infant's head develops unevenly. We have successfully treated over 300,000 babies worldwide.

We are seeking a full-time Clinician to join our pediatric clinical team in Mountain View, CA. This position involves working exclusively with infants in a non-traditional and niche area of cranial care.

As a Clinician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating plagiocephaly using the DOC Band. You will work closely with pediatricians and parents to develop a personalized treatment plan for each patient.

No prior experience in pediatrics is necessary, as we offer a comprehensive training program that includes mentoring and hands-on experience.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in physical therapy or a related field and possess excellent communication skills. A background in orthotics is also beneficial due to the similarity in direct patient care and hands-on experience.

We value our employees and offer a range of benefits, including:

  • A competitive salary range of $100,000-$120,000 per year
  • Medical and dental insurance
  • 401k retirement plan
  • 3.5 weeks paid time off plus 7 company-paid holidays
  • Life insurance
  • Short and long-term disability insurance

Located in a child-friendly, state-of-the-art clinic, this is a unique opportunity to specialize in a highly rewarding field and make a meaningful impact on the lives of our patients.
