Position Overview:
Role Responsibilities:
- Proven experience as an Adobe Architect with a robust Java J2EE foundation, focusing on both front-end responsive web design and AEM integration.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on development experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) versions 6.5 and 6.4.
- At least 8 years in an engineering capacity, with a minimum of 5 years dedicated to working with Content Management Systems (CMS).
- Demonstrated experience in constructing site templates, components, or integrations utilizing Adobe Experience Manager.
- In-depth knowledge of AEM best practices, along with a proven track record of successful implementation.
- Experience in developing and utilizing Experience Fragments and content fragments.
- Proficient in setting up and maintaining AEM workflows, as well as managing User and Group configurations.
- Design and implement efficient content models, security models, workflows, and templates.
- Familiarity with the broader Adobe Marketing Cloud ecosystem, including AEM integration with Adobe Analytics, Target, and Launch.
- Strong skills in HTML5, CSS3, client-side scripting, and JavaScript frameworks.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a flexible approach to adapting in dynamic environments.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts in business-friendly terms.
- Capable of negotiating and managing challenging or ambiguous situations while effectively collaborating with diverse individuals and technologies.
- Experience with decoupled architectures, establishing dedicated environments for development and QA, and integrating with a Continuous Integration (CI) pipeline.
- Adhere to high coding standards to ensure efficiency, readability, and reusability, with experience in at least two full life cycle CMS implementations.
