Dishroom Attendant

We are seeking a detail-oriented Dishwasher to contribute to an exceptional dining experience at The Original Pancake House. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work environment, ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality.

• Wash and sanitize cooking utensils, pots, pans, and equipment to prevent cross-contamination and maintain a clean workspace.
• Segregate and remove trash, and place it in designated containers to maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Sweep and mop floors, and wash worktables, walls, and other surface areas to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas, and restock tools and supplies for the next shift to ensure a smooth operation.
• Clean bathrooms, including toilets, mirrors, and sinks, and mop the floors to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.

• Previous knowledge of food service regulations and safety protocols.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
• Physical ability to lift, carry, or pull objects that may be heavy, and stand for extended periods of time.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
