Working Hours:

Compensation:
$25-27/hr

Certification Requirement:
Must possess national certification as a Medical Assistant

Role Overview:
The Medical Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting healthcare providers in delivering high-quality patient care. Responsibilities include:
  • Assisting healthcare professionals with patient examinations and procedures.
  • Ensuring a smooth and efficient patient flow within the medical facility.
  • Managing communication with patients, including conveying test results and scheduling follow-up appointments.
  • Utilizing Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems to maintain and update patient information.
  • Upholding patient confidentiality and privacy at all times.

Qualifications:
Applicants should meet the following criteria:
  • Completion of high school education or equivalent, along with specialized training.
  • National certification from recognized bodies such as AMCA, AAMA, AMT, CCMA, or NCMA is mandatory.
  • Successful completion of a Medical Assistant Program or 2-3 years of relevant experience in a medical office setting.
  • BLS certification is required.
  • Experience with EMR systems and health-related software is preferred.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in medical assistance is preferred.
